Ms Dladla is the Chairperson of SBC and was a Member of the Eswatini Parliament until 2013. She has extensive experience in administration and was Chairperson of the Oversight Committee in the Eswatini Parliament known as the Public Accounts Committee. She has Bachelor’s degrees from the Universities of Botswana and Eswatini, as well as a Master’s degree from the University of St Mary’s in Halifax, Canada. She was the CEO of the Sebenta National Institute from 1998 to 2008.

Mr Dlamini is the Chief Executive Officer of the Eswatini National Housing Board. He has extensive experience in urban planning and property management having worked as a town planner for the Eswatini Government as well as property manager for the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation and the Eswatini National Provident Fund. He managed the merger of the Mhlume, Simunye and Tshaneni Property departments into the RSSC Property Services division and has led the restructuring and transformation of the Eswatini National Housing Board.

Mr Ginindza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Eswatini. He further holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He has worked as an Economist for the Development Bank of Eswatini and was attached briefly with the World Bank in Canada (1994). He joined African Alliance Eswatini in 1996. He is a Partner and Executive Director of African Alliance Group and has held a number of leadership positions including Chairman of the Eswatini Electricity Company, founding member of the Eswatini Revenue Authority, Director of Eswatini Empowerment Limited and Chairman of The Observer.

Mr O’Sullivan has spent most of his career in financial services and related industries. Prior to joining the Group in April 2010, he was head of sales and marketing at First National Bank’s home loans division for three years, responsible for the development and management of the retail mortgage lending book and the affordable housing sector in South Africa. Before joining First National Bank, he pursued his own interests, serving as CEO of Iquad Treasury Ltd for 15 years. Iquad is a risk management company with specific focus on both interest rate and currency management for large national and multi-national corporates. As part of his exit plan he listed Iquad on the JSE Limited in 2006.

Henley joined the group in 2014 as the CEO of SBC Limited. SBC Limited is the holding company of Select Africa's Swaziland operations, and is listed on the Swaziland Stock Exchange. Henley brings a wealth of banking experience to the group. Prior to joining SBC Limited, he was Head of Business Banking at Standard Bank where he was responsible for developing, directing and driving the Business unit’s strategy. He led a large team spanning four business units viz. Commercial Banking, SME Banking, Agriculture and Secured Lending – Vehicle Asset Finance & Home loans.

Roger Zoio articled at Deloitte and Touche qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. Following a Group Commercial Manager role in Datatec Limited where he was involved Datatec’s global expansion initiatives and listed company reporting processes, he has  held successive financial director roles in Westcon Africa Middle East (Pty) Ltd, a technology product distributor, Psitek (Pty) Ltd, a telecommunications product manufacturer and Coricraft Group (Pty) Ltd, a furniture manufacturer retailer.

These roles have provided Roger with experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, distribution and product development environments with a particular focus on operations management.

Prior to joining Select in 2008, Wayne held the position of Divisional General Manager for UTi Group’s banking logistics division which focused on the distribution of credit/debit and transactional cards and cheque books.

Prior to joining UTi Wayne gained 20 years of experience in banking and microfinance as, amongst others, a dual General Manager of Non-Mortgage Housing and Customer Care with the Unifer Group, a microfinance provider in South Africa.

Wayne holds an Oxford Brooks accredited MBA as well as diplomas in Marketing Management, International Treasury Management and Banking Regulation.
