Listing Information
Listing information – SBC listed in February 4, 2014, with a market capitalisation of E378,240,800. At 1 September 2025, SBC’s market capitalization was E887.7 million, showing tremendous growth prospects with share price appreciation more than 80% since listing. This is depicted in the graph below. SBC maintains a dividend payout ratio of over E30 million per annum. The rationale for listing was to attract new investors and additional capital to grow to the business and offer diversified products.
