SBC listed in February 4, 2014 with a market capitalisation of E378,240,800. At 31 March 2017, SBC’s market capitalization was E709.2 million, showing tremendous growth prospects with share price appreciation in excess of 80% since listing. This is depicted in the graph below. Total dividends paid out to date amount to E107,103,900. The rationale for listing was to attract new investors and additional capital to grow to the business and offer diversified products.
